The Hitohira Imojiya TH Damascus series is forged from VG-10 stainless steel laminated in a very deep layer intricate damascus. This series has lovely thin geometry and offers a great cutting experience. The spine and heel are polished for comfort on the hands. The blade is hand finished on whetstones for peak sharpness out of the box. Fitted with stabilized red and black octagonal wooden handles that bring a bit of weight to the back end of the knife and balance beautifully. Elegant and practical set for at home or work!
