If you have any questions on the knife before your purchase, please, email us at: info@carbonknifeco.com. Japanese knives are crafted by hand and can have slight aesthetic and size variances. 

Returns
If the original product and/or packaging is not in its original condition, we have the right to deny your return.

Returns accepted only on new and unused items, within 7 days of the delivery date. Carbon Knife Co may apply up to a 15% restocking fee, return DUTY TAXES, and merchant card transaction fees. Upon inspection and approval, a refund will be issued within 7-10 business days.

    Shipping costs and Route Insurance are non-refundable
    If you selected Free Shipping, the original shipping costs will be deducted from your refund value.

    The customer is responsible for shipping fees associated with the return. Please, use a trackable shipping service and consider purchasing shipping insurance and Signature Confirmation.

    Final Sale
    Knives that are initially sharpened, saya covers, and Clearance Items are FINAL SALE.

    Gifts
    If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Please, contact us by email for any gift returns. Once the returned item is received, a gift card will be emailed to you.

    Gift Cards
    Gift cards are good for all products and services. Please, contact us if lost or stolen; the old gift card will be cancelled and a new one will be reissued by email.
    Not reloadable. Not redeemable for cash, unless required by law.

    Japanese knives are much thinner, easier to sharpen, and have great edge retention. Please, do not use Japanese knives on bones, cheese, hard vegetables, frozen foods, and other dense food. Please, do not twist or force the knife into the product. This could cause damage to your knife.
