Learn the essential techniques needed to maintain geometry and sharpness on your knives and tools. Whetstone sharpening can seem daunting from the outside but we are confident that anyone can have success with proper guidance.

Our class entails:
-Visual and hands on whetstone sharpening lesson
-Selecting the proper whetstone for the job & how to care for your stone.
-Discussion on knife repair, blade construction, and geometry.

Our classes last roughly 2 hours and are limited to 5 people per class.

Please bring a knife, preferably a chefs knife or santoku, and something to drink to the class and we will provide the rest. If you are unable to bring a knife for the class we have loaners you can use.
