The Hatsukokoro Kurokaze series is hand forged from white #2 steel laminated in stainless steel cladding for easy maintenance. These have an increased heel height for those who prefer a taller blade. The blade is kurouchi finished with a 50/50 grind. These come fitted with octagonal teak and buffalo horn handles.
