Tsunehisa Shirogami line is forged from White #2 carbon steel and is cladded in stainless. Hardness rating is ~63 hrc. These knives have great sharpness and ease of sharpening ability. The blade is finished with a tsuchime hammered pattern. They are fitted with oval cherry cherry wood and maple ferrule handles.
