Elijah Durso-Sabina (Definition Forge) is a local Colorado maker who focuses on hand forged kitchen tools. Elijah is professionally a researcher in quantum error correction by day and tool maker after hours. He has been coming into our shop over the years sharing his creations, its been a joy to see the evolution of his work over time.

This blade is a hand forged integral damascus chefs knife made from 1084 and 15n20 high carbon steel hardened to about 61hrc. The blade features a full integral bolster which displays the damascus pattern running throughout.  The hybrid western handle is made from makassar ebony sporting a heirloom fit. This knife is very comfortable in hand and has great balance.
