Teruyasu Fujiwara makes some of the highest regarded knives on the market for their ability to take an incredibly sharp edge. The Maboroshi line is forged from white #1 steel rated at 64-65 hrc. They are cladded with a stainless steel and hammered finish. Fitted with a western handle.
