Makoto Kurosaki is a blacksmith and incredible sharpener from Echizen, Japan. He trained under the highly skilled blacksmith Hiroshi Kato and famed sharpener Hiromi Morimoto.
This line is forged from VG-10 stainless and cladded in damascus. The blade is migaki finished that reveals a beautiful damascus pattern. The grind and fit and finish are extremely smooth with both the spine and choil are mirror polished. This line is performance focused and are very thin behind the edge. The handle is ebony with pakka wood ferrule.
