- READY TO SEASON — Our salt mills come partially filled with Cristaux de sel blanc d'Allemagne, a dry white salt from Germany, and our pepper mills with Tan Hoi black pepper from Vietnam (refill cubes are available from Peugeot). Fill with peppercorns (max size ¼-inch/6mm) and dry salt only (max size ⅙-inch/4mm) — do not use sea salt
