Silikomart Pois Decoration Mat

Pois is the ideal mould for creating compositions using circles of different sizes. Designed in collaboration with Michele Abbatemarco, it is perfect for pairing both shapes and flavours, playing with a scaled geometry in three different volumes.

The mould features 12 cavities with a volume of 2.2 ml, 8 cavities with a volume of 7.2 ml, and 6 cavities with a volume of 12 ml.

 Used together or individually, they add three-dimensionality to every dish.
