Made from super-conductive Stainless Clad, the Roasting Pan yields juicy, perfectly cooked proteins with evenly golden brown crusts. With a more lightweight 3-ply construction, the pan is also easier to carry from oven to table—even while holding an entire 24lb turkey.

Designed to eliminate the most common turkey-roasting pitfalls, the Roasting Pan comes with a Stainless Steel Rack to elevate your bird or other protein, preventing it from getting soggy. A nonreactive, warp-resistant stainless steel interior is perfect for building sauces and gravies directly in the Roasting Pan, while specially designed handles allow the pan to be completely sealed with aluminum foil.
