Located in Echizen, Yu Kurosaki forges high performance blades true to the tradition of his region but also incorporating new finishing techniques, creating some of the most unique and beautiful blades available.

"Shizuku" means "drops" displayed in his truly unique Hammered finish. Made from R2 stainless steel which takes to take a very keen edge and is loved for its excellent edge retention. These knives display a high level of finesse in the details and finish. The handle is octagonal rosewood with a pakka wood ferrule.
