Hyde Handmade Knives are based out of Baltimore, MD by bladesmith Henry Hyde. This blade was hand forged from high carbon 125cr1 steel and left with some natural texture from forging. The contoured handle is made from Mallee burn and a masseur birch ferrule. The bread knife is ground symmetrically and equally as amazing for both right and left hand users. The fit and finish is excellent with rounded spine and choil. Offset bread knives are some of our favorites functionally, providing knuckle clearance and versatility.
