Jamison Chopp aka "Chopp Knives" is a bladesmith located in Portland, OR. Jamison has been a full time bladesmith since 2014 and was formerly a Muteki bladesmith for Carter Cutlery. Jamison focuses primarily on Japanese knife making techniques and profiles that are not only aesthetically pleasing but also very functional. He works with a wide array of steels from stainless to handmade sanmai and damascus cladding. Each knife is 100% unique and will never be replicated exactly the same.
