Tsunehisa VG-10 Damascus is forged from VG-10 stainless core steel with a damascus cladding. The blade face is finished with a tsuchime (hammered patterning that aids with food release. The bevels show the beautiful damascus pattern. Great all around series for professional or home cooking. Fitted with rosewood/pakka oval handles.
