The Takayuki TUS series is forged from high carbon stainless TUS steel. This steel has become very popular with professionals for its ease of sharpening and great toughness. This series is made a bit thinner and has a great cutting feel while retaining the toughness of thicker style knives. The full tang western handle is dressed with orange and black pakka wood.
