Kawamura Hamono was founded in 1926 in Sakai. Kikumori is praised for their beautiful craftsmanship utilizing traditional techniques specific to their region. This series is forged from Ginsan (Silver #3) stainless steel and cladded in damascus with a raindrop pattern. The grind is lightweight with convex sides and thin cutting edge and tip.
