Elijah Durso-Sabina (Definition Forge) is a local Colorado maker who focuses on hand forged kitchen tools. Elijah is professionally a researcher in quantum error correction by day and tool maker after hours. He has been coming into our shop over the years sharing his creations, its been a joy to see the evolution of his work over time.

This blade is a hand forged integral damascus made from 154CM and AEBL stainless steels. This blade was made in collaboration with the incredible Blacksmith Ira Housewart. The blade features a full integral bolster which displays the damascus pattern running throughout.  The hybrid handle is made from amboyna burl. Thin blade with a medium weight feel, a perfect everyday driver.
