Kota Knives "Dagwanoenyent" Gyuto 220mm

Dakota Thornton is a Denver based chef and part time bladesmith. As an avid Japanese knife collector and user, he has had long experience in the understandings of Japanese kitchen knife geometry and how they function. This experience he had gained through use, contributes to the designs in his knives.

The Dagwanoenyent was a malicious spirit that in its anger would become a devastating whirlwind... a tornado, set out to kill the Iroquois peoples in their homes.
