Kawamura Hamono was founded in 1926 in Sakai. Kikumori is praised for their beautiful craftsmanship utilizing traditional techniques specific to their region. This series is forged from ATS34 stainless steel with a damascus pattern. The grind is lightweight with convex sides and thin cutting edge and tip. The handle is made from Ebony wood and fitted with buffalo horn.
