Ohishi VG5 Sujihiki 270mm

This series is made of VG5 steel core with an stainless clad. 

At full tang this knife is fitted with a pakka wood handle. The VG5 Ohishi is still very thin behind the edge and well balanced. The HRC falls between 59-60 which makes for a durable knife and high endurance.
