Some items may not qualify for Free Shipping, not limited to, but including: Hasegawa & Kodai Cutting Boards and items exceeding carrier weight and size restrictions.

We ship USPS, UPS, FEDEX, DHL depending on your package.
If you'd like a specific method of shipping, please email us before your order.

Package Protection+ and Signature Confirmation are highly recommended. 

Package Protection+ provides protection for shipments that are lost, damaged, or stolen. Add Package Protection+ to your cart at checkout to enable protection. If you opt-out of protection, we will not be able to help you with any lost or stolen packages.
