Fujiwara Teruyasu is a 4th generation blacksmith from Tokyo and is known for producing some of the sharpest knives in the world.
His Nashiji (skin of asian pear) line is forged from white #1 steel, 64-65 HRC, and takes on a scary sharp edge! Cladded with stainless steel, fitted with a magnolia D handle.
