Ryusen Bonten Unryu Gyuto 180mm Western Handle

Ryusen Hamono is located in Echizen, Japan and was founded over 70 years ago. Third generation leader Taiji Masutani and family continue to create beautiful and luxurious blades adored worldwide. The Bonten Unryu series is made with VG10 stainless core steel laminated in a stainless raindrop damascus cladding. The blade has a very fine reflective finish on the blade face.
The spine and choil are rounded and mirror finished for comfort.
