Yu Kurosaki R2 Senko Sujihiki 270mm

Located in Echizen, Yu Kurosaki forges high performance blades true to the tradition of his region but also incorporating new finishing techniques, creating some of the most unique and beautiful blades available.

 His line Senko Is forged from R2 stainless core steel and cladded in soft stainless. R2 is fully stainless, 62-63 HRC, had very nice wear resistance and has good sharpenability.  This series has an updated hammered finish with a very unique, almost diamond like pattern. Fitted with octagonal rosewood handles and maple ferrules.
