Additive-free smoked oysters from Miyagi Prefecture. The oysters are smoked in a large smoker using cherry chips to slowly infuse the flavor into the oyster. Smoking is done with low heat level so that the oysters remain tender and flavorful.
Ideal as an aperitif or with crackers. Can also be incorporated into pasta dishes and other preparations.
