MIDST end grain cutting boards are made by a small professional woodshop, headed by Kent Townsend located in Salida, CO. These boards take a simple and very functional approach to the end grain board using Colorado stable woods. For users living in CO, ordering end grain from more humid areas can result in splitting over time. Getting a Colorado made board will last a lifetime with good care, which Kent personally guarantees.
End grain boards are not only stable but are much more gentle on your knives edge that traditional wooden boards. These feature 2" thick construction, tapered sides, and rubber feet for stability. Every board is hand finished and treated with natural finishing oil.
*Please note, these are hand made and the total dimensions can vary slightly (±.5")
