Sakai Kikumori Nakagawa White 1 Stainless Clad Mirror Gyuto 210mm

Kawamura Hamono was founded in 1926 in Sakai. Kikumori is praised for their beautiful craftsmanship utilizing traditional techniques specific to their region.

This series is forged by Master Satoshi Nakagawa from Shirogami 1 steel laminated in stainless steel heat treated to 64-65hrc. The grind is done by Morihiro hamono, wide bevel style with beautiful mirror finishing work. The blade has excellent fit and finish, fitted with an octagonal magnolia wood handle.
