After pressing the freshly harvested yuzu for its juice, the remaining peel is frozen, sliced, and then air-dried at a low temperature. After that, it undergoes two grinding processes. The final product is a coarse, flake-like powder, exhibiting the many beautiful qualities of organic yuzu harvested in Japan. No preservatives or artificial flavorings are used to make this powder.
