Kawamura Hamono was founded in 1926 in Sakai. Kikumori is praised for their beautiful craftsmanship utilizing traditional techniques specific to their region. This series is forged from VG10 stainless steel with a unique star tsuchime finish. The grind is wide bevel style with thin cutting edge and tip. The handle is made from mono oak wood.
