The Tinker Knives "Tank" is a collaboration between blacksmith Takumi Ikeda and sharpener Takayuki Shibata. It is forged from aogami super (blue super) steel with stainless cladding. It is a heavy weight vegetable chopper that remains very thin at the tip and behind the edge. The handle is an octagonal rosewood with maple ferrule
