Tsunehisa AS line is forged from Aogami super steel and cladded in stainless. Hardness rating is ~63 hrc. These knives have great edge retention and sharpenability. The blade is finished with a nashiji kurouchi black finish. They are fitted with western full tang pakka wood handles.
