Tsunehisa AS line is forged from Aogami super steel and cladded in stainless. Hardness rating is ~63hrc. These knives have great edge retention and sharpenability. The blade is satin finished very beautifully. These have nice thin grinds but still feel very confident and durable. They are fitted with oval rosewood handles.
