Tsunehisa ginsan series is forged from ginsan stainless steel ( ~61 HRC) and cladded in stainless. Ginsan sharpens very easily and has great edge formation and toughness. The blade has a clean satin migaki finish. The handle is octagonal cherry with black pakka ferrule.
