Tsunehisa White #2 Tsuchime Gyuto 210mm Black and White Ebony

Tsunehisa Shirogami line is forged from White #2 carbon steel and is cladded in stainless. Hardness rating is ~63 HRC. These knives have great sharpness and ease of sharpening ability. The blade is finished with a tsuchime hammered pattern. This blade is fitted with a handmade octagonal handle made from black and white figured ebony wood.
