This series is made from ZDP-189, a high performance powder metal steel with a high hardness of 67hrc. This steel has extremely good edge retention and great toughness. Even with a high carbon content of about 3%, these contain 20% chromium making them very resistant against rust and corrosion. Fitted with an octagonal burnt chestnut and horn handle.
