Handcrafted in Tosa, Japan from AUS-10 core steel and cladded in stainless damascus. . AUS-10 is a stainless steel with nice edge formation and really great toughness. These knives are ground thin with light convexity to the sides. These are fitted with one piece Japanese burnt oak handles.
