Tsunehisa 440c Damascus Nashiji Bunka 175mm

This new series by Tsunehisa uses high carbon stainless 440c steel laminated in stainless damascus cladding. 440c is a very well rounded tool steel with great toughness and wear resistance. This steel naturally has a great toothiness to the edge will assist in its edge retention. The blade face has a polished damascus on the bevels and a natural hammered nashiji texture on the top side. These are nimble and smooth cutting, while not being too delicate. Comes fitted with a burnt oak wood octagonal handle.
