Tsunehisa ginsan series is forged from ginsan steel ( ~61 HRC) and cladded in stainless. The ginsan on this line sharpens really beautifully and has great toughness. The blade has a clean satin migaki finish. The handle is octagonal cherry with black pakka ferrule.
