Handcrafted in Tosa, Japan from AUS-10 core steel and cladded in stainless damascus. The damascus pattern has been nicknamed "Nami" for its wave like patterning. AUS-10 is a stainless steel with nice edge formation and really great toughness. These knives are ground thin with light convexity to the sides. These are fitted with one piece Japanese oak handles.
