Yoshikane Kurouchi Tsuchime White #2 Bunka 165mm Chestnut Handle
Yoshikane Hamono is located in Sanjo, Niigata and founded in 1919. It is lead by Mr. Kazuomi Yamamoto who continues to excel and evolve in making high grade kitchen knives.
This line is forged from a core steel of shirogami 2 (white 2) with iron cladding rated at 62-63 HRC. The blade has tsuchime and a kurouchi finish. Yoshikane shirogami has very good toughness and incredible cutting feel due to its subtle convexity. Fitted with an octagonal burnt chestnut and buffalo horn handle.
