Shigehiro knives are forged by Yoshikazu Ikeda and sharpened by Kasahara, made in Sakai. Forged from shirogami #2 steel rated at 62-63hrc and cladded in iron. These have a very unique finishing process creating a cloudy cladding. The handle is octagonal hoo wood and marble or blonde buffalo horn ferrule. We're very excited to present these to you.
