Kawamura Hamono was founded in 1926 in Sakai. Kikumori is praised for their beautiful craftsmanship utilizing traditional techniques specific to their region. This blade is forged using SG2 powdered steel laminated with soft stainless by Master Nakagawa. The blade is mirror finished with beautiful finishing work. The handle is octagonal ebony and white spacer.
