Sakai Kikumori White #2 Sakimaru Yanagiba 360mm

Kawamura Hamono was founded in 1926 in Sakai. Kikumori is praised for their beautiful craftsmanship utilizing traditional techniques specific to their region. This blade is made from Shirogami #2 steel core and cladded in iron, forged by master Yoshikazu Tanaka. The blade is migaki finished with polished spine and choil. Outstanding fit and finish and sharpening work. Fitted with an octagonal ho wood and buffalo horn ferrule.
