The Hatsukokoro Ginrei series is made from Ginsan (Silver #3) stainless steel laminiated in stainless cladding. The blade has a textured nashiji finish that helps with stickage. These are ground thin for performance but will be a very well rounded knife for most kitchen tasks. Fitted with an octagonal mono olivewood handle.
