The Tetsujin series in made in collaboration by blacksmith Toru Tamura and sharpener Naohito Myojin. Hand forged from blue 2 steel and cladded in soft iron. The blade is ground thin and lightly convexed. The finish is an etched technique by Myojin san to show the fine layers in the iron giving it a "flowing" pattern. The fit and finish is top notch with polished choil, chamfered spine, and one of the best out of the box edges we've felt. Fitted with octagonal teak and buffalo horn handle.
