Blenheim Forge is Based in Peckham, South London and headed by bladesmiths Jon Warshawsky, James Ross-Harris and Richard Warner. Handmade using mainly Japanese blue paper carbon steel, they focus on producing kitchen cutlery for avid home chefs and high end professionals worldwide. This series is hand forged from Aogami Super core and laminated in soft stainless. The blade is left with natural texture and color from the forging process which displays loads of character and uniqueness to each blade. These western style chef knife are a bit more workhorse style grinds with a little more thickness in the mid section of the knife with with a curved profile that is excellent for rock chopping style cutting. These come fitted with full tang riveted walnut handles.
