Elijah Durso-Sabina (Definition Forge) is a local Colorado maker who focuses on hand forged kitchen tools. Elijah is professionally a researcher in quantum error correction by day and tool maker after hours. He has been coming into our shop over the years sharing his creations, it's been a joy to see the evolution of his work over time.

This blade is hand forged from Nitro-V stainlessteel heat treated to 62hrc. Nitro-V is a high durability stainless steel with a fine carbide structure and solid wear resistance. This blade has a lightweight feel. The blade features artsy and unique hand forged bolster and handle. This blade is very accepting of a pinch grip and feels very nimble in hand.
