Full of umami and the rich flavor of candied black garlic, the sauce is further enhanced by vegetable dashi, mirin, brown sugar and tamari. The tamari soy sauce makes the sauce gluten-free.
Keep away from heat, light & moisture. After opening, close well and keep refrigerated. Consume within 1 month.
Use as a Marinade for vegetables, tofu or chicken before frying or grilling for an added burst of umami.
