Miyazaki Kajiya Tsuchime Kurouchi Blue #2 Gyuto 210mm
Haruki Miyazaki is a younger and very passionate bladesmith based in the Nagasaki prefecture of Japan. Miyazaki-san works alone in his small forge on the Goto islands doing everything as handmade as possible. All of his knives are hand laminated, heat treated using pine charcoal, and water quenched. This series is made from Aogami #2 steel laminated in iron. The blade is kurouchi finished with a light tsuchime hammered pattern. The spine and choil are rounded for comfort. Comes fitted with an octagonal oak handle.
